Mike Chenderlin
Senior Portfolio Consultant

Mike has more than 20 years of relationship management experience. In addition, he has 10+ years of credit card experience having worked for Equifax/Certegy as director of customer service and the CardSource Helpdesk.

Ann Farrell
Senior Portfolio Consultant

Ann has more than 20 years of experience in the financial field. Prior to joining CSCU, she was the Visa program coordinator at Greylock Federal Credit Union in Pittsfield, MA (over $1B in total assets). Ann played an integral part in the conversion to the FIS Base2000 credit platform and also served as Greylock's direct FIS liaison for both the debit (40,000+ accounts) and credit card (17,000+ accounts) portfolios.

Michele Featherstone
Senior Portfolio Consultant

Michele brings over 20 years of industry experience working as a strategic marketing consultant with credit unions of all sizes. In her current role at CSCU, Michele provides specialized payments portfolio consulting services to member credit unions. She provides comprehensive consulting on creating successful card programs, features and pricing, marketing and sales, financial management, risk management, account management emerging payments and growth strategies.

Prior to this role, Michele had a senior role at a CSCU partner credit union, with a primary responsibility of expanding and growing the credit union’s card portfolio. Through this role, Michele gained valuable experience in EMV implementation, as well as, card program acquisition, usage and retention strategies. Other payment industry experience she has is in card marketing, sales and training. In addition, Michele is an accomplished speaker, presenting at state league conferences, credit unions, as well as national conferences across the country. Michele is also a writer who has contributed to “The Payments Review,” as well as, numerous industry publications over the years.

Stephanie Hainje
Senior Portfolio Consultant

CSCU Senior Portfolio Consultant Stephanie Hainje is an experienced card industry professional with credit and debit card program management from her previous career at Purdue Federal Credit Union, a leading affinity credit card issuer and top 100 Visa USA issuer. Along with card program management expertise, she is skilled in affinity and student credit card programs with strategic concentration on acquisition, usage and retention tactics. Her payments industry experience also includes card marketing, underwriting, sales, training, invoice analysis, product implementation and project management – including Apple Pay and EMV.

Dean Knudtson
Senior Portfolio Consultant

Dean has been in the financial services business for close to 30 years, after starting his career at Seattle Trust and Savings and then Western States Bankcard Association where he was regional vice president for the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. He then moved to Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) with almost $10B in total assets located in Seattle, WA, where he managed the $600M credit card portfolio (188,000+ accounts) and introduced the rewards program in 1995. He has been an instructor with the Pacific Coast Banking School, teaching "Interchange 101" and is considered an industry expert on the topic. He has testified before the Washington State Legislature as an industry expert on debit card usage, interchange, and funds availability.

Dave Chojnacki
Senior Portfolio Consultant

Dave has more than 10 years of relationship management experience. In the last 6 years he served as Director of Client Relations with FIS Retail Payments. Within this time, Dave worked exclusively with Credit Unions of all sizes. He brings a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the debit and credit processing platforms and operating environments, in addition to demonstrated client management and consultative capabilities. Dave’s payment industry experience also includes sales (new and retention), training, invoice analysis, knowledge of products and team management.
