Asha Connors is the Chief Services Officer at Trellance and heads up the Talent business unit, which provides specialized technology solutions to credit unions through consulting, professional services and staff augmentation. Asha is a seasoned technology/risk management executive and a certified information security professional in the financial industry. A strong leader and strategic thinker, Asha has a proven track record of leading and developing diverse and high performing teams, implementing best practices and frameworks, and driving risk awareness across businesses, functions and regions. Asha is also passionate about DEI, promoting equality and respect in the workplace and empowering people to succeed. Throughout her career, and her involvement with women’s leadership networks (such as GWLN) and advocacy groups, Asha has contributed towards moving the needle on gender equality, pay equity and advancing women into leadership roles. Asha is also a founding member of Camp Chateau, an exciting new venture created for women, designed for women and funded by women.
