Shane has been pursuing his passion for operations management, information technology and security for over 25 years. Prior to joining Trellance, he managed the operations, technology infrastructure, security, production, marketing and sales for national companies, including a Global 100 law firm and a newspaper publishing group. He has built and managed multi-disciplinary teams for large-scale upgrade and integration projects, delivering the products on time and under budget. Additionally, he has managed teams that designed, developed and operated multiple high-volume newspaper websites, more than doubling revenues and viewership. As COO of Cloud, Shane is focused on high quality service delivery while ensuring operational efficiencies so that Trellance can deliver cost effective solutions to Credit Unions. When not helping Credit Unions serve their members, Shane enjoys hiking, biking and kayaking with his wife in beautiful Tampa, FL.
