The Future of Analytics: The Collaboration & Exchange of Data for Credit Unions
Credit unions distinguish themselves from larger banks with their knowledge of member needs and exceptional service for the products and services they offer. In today’s competitive environment, however, even many of the largest credit unions lack the richness of data, analytics knowledge and bandwidth to meet modern consumers’ expectations: connectedness with their financial services providers and the expectation that their credit union will address their specific financial needs. By sharing data with their peers and collaborating with industry experts to provide analytics, the credit union movement can bridge the gap with banks. The Credit Union Data Exchange (CUDX) is a collaboration among the Filene Research Institute, Trellance and participating credit unions to facilitate data sharing and development of priority analytics use cases in a way that will allow credit unions to retain control, ownership and revenues from their data.
In this webinar, we will discuss:
- What is CUDX, and where is it in its evolution?
- How will CUDX help credit unions compete with banks and Fintechs?
- How can credit unions participate and benefit from CUDX?
